Frest Consult is a panel of builders, consultants and advisors. One of us leads each pilot; the panel reviews every skill and every lesson; the businesses below are where the method runs every day. This page grows every quarter.

Jānis Bērziņš.
Engineer, builder, owner.

Jānis built the String method on his own companies before anyone else's. He runs the academy, leads pilots inside client businesses and chairs the panel that reviews every skill pack. Seven years of running a design-and-build company through COVID and after taught one rule that the course keeps: a tool is only finished when the team uses it on a Monday morning without asking.

Owner and director of SIA Frest (Frest Homes), design-and-build for modular timber homes. Lead and administrator of Frest Consult.

In the field

AI consultant to companies in steel fabrication, cosmetics and spa, jewellery, short-term rentals and padel coaching. He works on the AI, not on the welding, the facials or the serve.

Education

Double master's: Entrepreneurial Engineering and an MBA, Aalborg University (Denmark) and the Asian Institute of Technology. Engineering bachelor's in energy and civil and architectural engineering, and an engineer's diploma in civil engineering, VIA University College (Denmark).

Built

A core founding member of Building Tomorrow. Raised private investment for property development and start-ups. Took over a production facility. Worked in wood production.
